Hello All,
Major car enthusiast here from Corona, CA... Bought a 96 Red Miata with 170k on the chassis and a blown head gasket. In the middle of replacing head gasket in my garage, and wanted to post a newbie thread before I started my miata project thread. Other than the Miata I also own a 2005 WRX STi that I bought brand new, and is currently equipped with a Garret 3076 turbo pushing 440WHP (stock 220whp) my dedicated track car/race car. I also own a W140 1998 S420 Merc as my current DD, which im hoping to replace the miata with that duty. Here are some pics of my new whip and current whips: ![]() ![]() ![]() Here is my future mod list: Buy Trunk wing (KG Works from ebay) Buy/Change carpet from Michaels or home depot Buy /reupholster driver seat Shampoo Passenger seat Paint windshield wipers (black) Paint back window (black) Paint convertible lock hatches (black) Buy Fix trunk leak rubber lining Buy Head gasket Fix passenger side headlight dent Buy new oil Buy new radiator fluid Buy new windshield wipers Fix A/C front console paint (chipping) Buy front JDM lip Touch up paint Wax/clay/polish/paint restore/laguna seca blue/gray wrap The Hard Dog Hard Bar K&N drop in filter Sea-foam motor 15x8 + 40 Rota/Drag/XXR/Enkei wheels 205/50/15 tires F&F Coils w/ camber bolts |

Thanks 7guy & Chris.. That was actually one question I had to ask, thanks for pointing it out. I was thinking of using R/C car paint to "shade" or "tint" the back plastic window. They have gray colors/black colors, but it will be transparent. |

Welcome! Nice cars. Is there a reason you're doing this instead of trying a tint film? |
