In this case, just the car. The driver was at least considerate to leave me info.

But yeah, my NA got backed into since he didn't see my car behind him. Oh well, I'm off to get an estimate tomorrow... Driver's front fender and door have dents and scratches now.

Same thing happened to me three weeks ago except no note. I get to pay for all of it.

They literally ran OVER my driver fender because it was all smashed against the wheel. I had to have some people in the neighborhood lift up the front while I put a 2x4 between the wheel well and tire to pry it up so it was drivable again.... I hate people.

I'm just hoping he's cool enough to help me out. I don't care if we settle outside of issurance, I just want my dents and scuffs off that were caused by the acccident. The dents need paint too, but I don't care since the rest of the car needs dent removal/painting anyway.

Also you may just be better off replacing the whole fender...those mofos are pretty cheap.
