NA bumper cover supports needed?

okay long story short bumper was being taken off nad the little "poles" that run from the frame to the bottom corners of the bumper the heads of the bolt that goes threw the bumper broke off. so now i need to figure out a way to get the bolts out. do you guys even run these little bumper supports/braces?

I removed everything in the front of my car when I installed my autokonexion GT front bumper. I pulled off the bumper support and those 2 metal things between the bumper and hood (where they meet) and just bolted the bumper directly to the frame. It's stable because the bumper is also attached to the fenders. No sag for me.
