i have a 93 miata with stock exhaust and aftermarket cat.

last year it failed emissions so i replaced the cat and it passed. But last year it had different readings that failed. So i am thinking this time it is a different issue

my idle is too high (and shitty) at the moment and rspeed told me i need a new throttle body and IACV because they can't adjust it to stock specs. Would this cause me to fail emissions? Here are my test results:

25/25 test:
READING (Allowed)
HC ppm: 82 (160)
CO %: 0.58 (0.90)
NOx ppm: 1911 (1179) <======== Failed
RPM: 2218 (3000max)
CO+CO2%: 14.70 (6.00min)

50/15 test:
READING (Allowed)
HC ppm: 73 (166)
CO %: 0.51 (0.93)
NOx ppm: 1295 (1304)
RPM: 1862 (3000max)
