Default what does "RICE" really mean?

Neons, body kits, APC's and fakes/replicas from ebay...these are what i think are considered RICE.

but how about JDM'd out rides? and also drifting style (stretched tires) is that considered "RICE" also?

Default Re: what does "RICE" really mean?

Most of what people consider rice to me is just a show car, or a drift car . It's really to hard to define and imho everyone should just keep their own definition. That being said I won't state my definition because many people on this site would get their feelings hurt

Ugh. Not another "what is rice?" thread. It means something different to everybody. Let's try to keep this place positive and not deride other people for how they choose to trick out their rides. Feel free to add your own take on this subject here.
