Default Old-Skool Alpine 3522 Amplifier Enough?

I'm trying to put together a decent sound system, and am trying do it as free as possible. I was just gifted an old Alpine amp from the early 90's. It's a stereo amp, #3522. From what I can find, RMS is 30w, when in stereo and 4ohms. With a decent pair of component speakers, will this be sufficient sound in the Miata?

Considering I need to wire the car for an amplifier anyway, I may just put it in and see how it sounds. Just wondering if it's reasonable to get away with this amp and a good, efficient pair of components.

30 Watts RMS is a only little more than most aftermarket headunits put out. If it's a 2 channel amp, I would expect a little bit louder than stock with a good pair of components.
