Default tranny wont shift in to gear and its not the clutch master or slave

heres the story i was driving one morning and I stepped on the clutch to shift in to gear and felt the clutch pop/snap kinda feeling. I thought it might be a bad master C or the slave and have just replaced them. I bleed them good and it wont go in to gear when the engine is running. My next guess would be the tranny shift lever or something else inside. I only have time on the weekends and its not very much to work on it. Just wonering if anyone has had this problem or know what it could be

It may be possible that your clutch fork is not engaging the release bearing, but I would check the bottom end of your shift lever first and make sure the urethane ring is not in little pieces in the turret.

^^^ do that first.

Is the weather cold? My car does that when it is cold. I have to slam it into gear sometimes.
Does the clutch feel like it is slipping?
