Default oil pressure sensor issue

Well, po decided that the wire that goes to the oil pressure sending unit was not needed so it was removed completely. Im trying to get my oil pressure gauge working once again. Anybody have any clues as to if I were to connect a wire to that pressure sensor, where would the other end lead to?

there should be a wire running from the pressure sender directly to the gauge

The cut wire should be in the engine harness that is in the general area of the sending unit...also has the wires going to the alternator.

Unwrap a little bit and it should be in there somewhere.
