MAF Issues?

Ok i thought my severe and random hesitation {engine would cough, sputter and not rev past 4k rpm} issue was related to my coil so today i actually went out a measured the coil, plugs, and wires.

NGK Plugs
Plug 1 - Gap 0.94mm
Plug 2 - Gap 0.94mm
Plug 3 - Gap 0.94mm
Plug 4 - Gap 0.94mm

Autolite Wires
Wire 1 - Resistance = 5.62 kΩ
Wire 2 - Resistance = 4.64 kΩ
Wire 3 - Resistance = 3.90 kΩ
Wire 4 - Resistance = 3.30 kΩ

Coil
Primary Coil 1 - 1.4Ω
Primary Coil 2 - 1.4Ω
Secondary Coil 1 - 12.9kΩ
Secondary Coil 2 - 12.7kΩ

Cleaned any oil from plug wells, anti-seize and electic lubed all plugs. After all this still have semi-random hesitation. At least once per 30min drive time. Well luckily while i was testing the cleaned and reassembled ignition system it started hesitating again. This time I figured I'd tap on the MAF to be sure it was related to it.

Viola! Tapping on the AFM case as it was coughing and sputtering cleared it up and the the car could then idle up to redline perfectly and strongly.

So what do i do next? I'm not familiar with repairing AFM's. I did spray a bit of sensor safe throttle body cleaner then a bit of sensor safe lube. I don't think its a mechanical issue though.
