I'm on delrin "drifting jellyfish" mounts. not bad if you are hardcore top-down. a little too drony for top-up use for me. engine shifts are crisper, and you feel the car better, though
hell no. I know the DJs are ne next hardest thing to full metal though, and they would not be conductive to comfortable top-=up motoring. I don't top-up motor, unless there is rain AND sub 40 weather.
both uhmw and delrin are hard enough as it is, I wouldn't recommend either those mounts, check out mazdacomp mounts instead.
the MMR uses uhmw outside with a straight though bolt and aluminum inner core. I have them and they are annoying enough, never do it unless its deciated race car. **** rattles your car, anything lose rattles, top up has reverbrations thoughout the cabin, vibrations thoughout the car as well. Also you can tell the engine is in worst balance points between idle and 2000rpms on the tach. Sure gear shifts are solid and the engine doesn't move at all.

Alright man.. What's this hardcore business? You're kidding right? They're just a solid motor mount. Drifting Jellyfish's are pretty reasonable top up, down, hardtop etc.. I love mine.
I've heard/seen the urathan mounta melt and distory on the driver's side on turbo cars. Too much heat.
The Mazdaspeed (from 04 05 and Mazdaspeed MX5) is a great step up from the super soft stock ones and you can get them easily. The MazdaComp (sometimes called MazdaSpeed because they come from the MAZDASPEED Motorsport Development Program) are a small step up from the Mazdaspeed.
I'm running the Mazdaspeed MX5 mounts and love them. Honestly, there is no good reason to go to the stupid-stuff mounts as all they do are cause headaches and **** to come loose.
I dd on mmr mounts and they aren't as bad as people said. 40 mins of side street driving leaves me feeling like i just got off a vibrating massage chair. I can't wait to order diff mounts as well, but I wouldn't order from mmr again...ever.

Yep, like to the PPF or diff. I'd be cautious about installing those unless you're willing to crawl underneath often to retighten bolts and worry a lot but it depends how much torque you're subjecting those components to. Maybe it's just me. I would think it's better to keep all the mounts to relatively the same durometer instead of pliable on the front and solid in the rear. They sure are nice looking though.
so whats the consensus? hybrid setup for the motor and ure uhh thannne in the diff?
