10 seconds behind the wheel of the car will tell you if you have a torsen. See comments above.
Crank wheel to the left. Pop clutch. Does the car want to spin quickly or burn up one tire? That'll tell you if you have LSD.
Now if you know you have LSD but you're unsure if it's Torsen or Viscous - I'd have to call the Mazda number because I wouldn't know how to tell otherwise.
Due to people doing swaps I'd reccomend checking out the link I provided. Not only does it show you the difference between the 1.8 and 1.6 but is shows you how to tell if its open, Viscous, or Torsen.
