So i start up my 90 and it idles like ****, sounds like it's bridgeported haha. Anyways i let it warm up as usual and it is sluggish as ****, it wont rev very fast at all. When it was still kinda cold, i tried to rev it up but it wouldn't go higher than like 2500 RPM. Any ideas on what it could be? im fuckin stumped.
Pull your spark plug wires out of the spark plug hole thingy one by one with the car running.
If pulling one of them does not change how its running, you don't have spark there...
Do normal tune up **** i.e. make sure everything's plugged in, check plugs/wires maybe run some injector cleaner or seafoam through it. If that doesn't do it, it's your cam timing.
unplug fuel injectors one by one and plug them back in, if idle does not change that is a dead cylinder, next step is to pull out the spark plug wire of that cylinder to make sure its getting spark (touch it to the valve cover, you'll hear a tick tick tick and if it's dark out you'll see it spark.)
