Need fuel pump

Man, fuel pump at pepboys is $244! Anyone buy one off ebay? I'm still trying to figure out my fuel delivery issue and hate to spend that kind of money and it not being the problem. For a car I drive not more than once or twice a month, this fuel problem is a pain in the ass.

+1. I work at Pep, and can't remember the last time I bought something from there other than oil, filters and plugs.

Just installed my 190, and the difference is night and day.

if you're not on a standalone or have an adjustable fuel pressure regulator, go with a smaller guy like a 190 or even smaller if they exist. You'll get more fuel pressure than you need which fugs shiz up.

protip: I upgraded to a walbro 190 when I rotary swapped, and that uses over twice as much fuel.

oh wait I might have my old pump somewhere if you want it.

I put the Walbro 190 hp in my NB. My soft top and rear carpet has been ditched awhile back, so it was super easy to swap it out. It is alot noisier tho, but the lack of carpet and soft top (folded down?) doesn't help any either.

My roll bar has the welded harness bar option and I was real worried for a few minutes, but was able to rotate the assembly around and remove the float rod (2 screws) from the top, which gave me more wiggle room around the harness bar.

Well it starts up on first try, and acceleration is so much better, and I can get it sliding with no issues, it surprised me yesterday when I got onto it leaving a neighborhood. Almost made a full 180 without trying lol.
