So, I've been lurking a long time and tonight I just picked up my first Miata. Drove it home 3.5 hours and it ran perfectly. Stopped for gas, food, rest stop, and it always started right up. I get home, go get my wife to show her the new car, turn it on and there's nothing. No lights, no click, no sign of power. I checked the battery terminals and they look fine. Any clues? I haven't checked fuses yet.
91 NA w/ 170k miles
totally stock motor except RB intake and exhaust
The terminals were on there pretty snug, but I tried harder to get them to wiggle and wadya know - it starts right up.
We just got our first snow and the car is sporting some half used RT-615's. Let's just say the ride home was a little hairy It did make giving the wife her first ride a little more fun.
I actually took the spare out of the trunk of my Miata and put it in the trunk of my Corolla. Its more compact. I use my Corolla's trunk a lot so that was nice. and its my daily driver, so more likely will need it for that car.
