ha ha ha ... I thought this would grab your attention Tim !

rear vent tube was easy cos this cover doesn't have one - 323 GTX TURBO 4X4

the coil pack is still attached via the dingle bolt at the back into the head block ... I will fab up a couple of small brackets to hold the 2 upper mounting points

I will have to find out from someone with a little more than my pretty limited mechanicak knowelage if I need to remove the baffle from the PCV outlet and just connect with a hose to an oil catch tank or whether I should just leave the baffle in and connect up !!?

I just wanted to check that there weren't any fitment issues with the coil pack etc before I fit for good and get thinks ready for installing my IRTB's

Curses!

Well, I did a test fitment of mine before I had to send it for a re-spray and if I mount the coil pack using that single bottom bolt, the rear vent tube falls right bewteen the two coil packs. I just don't know how I am going to get a tube on there yet. I may try an "L" fitment. In any event, I have looked at the setup of both the GTX and the Capri turbo and the rear vent tube goes right back into the air intake tube, so I'm pretty sure both vent tubes can go into my oil catch can.

Keep us updated. My GTX cover should be here this week.

I am not 100% sure, maybe ask Peter ?

the FujiRacing instructions for the IRTB kit doesn't have a problem with sealing off the PCV outlet on the standard 1600 manifold an using the L/H one to the oil catch tank
Well that's true.

I guess I'll try that and see what happens on the short term.

Is that... sparkly? Or is it just paint flecks or something? I think the cover looks good :)
... it's gold metalflake with coloured glitter in the powdercoat 8)

theexterior and interior of my car all pretty subtle ... thought I would have some fun with the engine bay - I have my radiator slam panel and fron brace brackets powdercoated in the same colour too
