It looks like new, but used. which with enough patience and money, you can get one in the states too.

I thought the newest versions of these had the slip fit connections, not flanges...hence why besides the appearance, I think its used.

Maybe it was a display model for someones show room. That wouls explain the smears on it, but hell it's new enough to get the sticker. Hell I didn't even get that and yes the latest ones had slip fits as does mine.
