An aluminum muffler on a car? I cannot imagine how that will not at least warp with that exhaust gas volume and temperature. Aluminum goes to liquid at very low temperatures compared to steel.

Its not like its a header man. Aluminum melts at 1220 F, the muffler will probably reach temperatures not much greater than 300 F; sure it'll expand but it wont deform.

I have had the aluminum muffler for a year and it haven't have any problem. I don( believe that the muffler will get to 500f... After a hard drive I have been able to put my hand on it (the aluminum get cold super faster)

You can find all the piping, resonator, and muffler online for pretty cheap. The muffler goes for about $100, resonator $50-60, and the piping is pretty cheap too. I just can't find any damn aluminum flanges.
