Prevent fender rusting

So i just rolled my fenders today even more, and the inner part is all chipped and gross. What type of paint is recommend to spray on the chipped areas? The chips are only on the inner fender, cant be seen. Will any type of paint work?

if they are in the inner fender just spray on some rust o leam ... nobody is gonna see it anyways
