I've spoken to Centerline about Drilling the 4x100 pattern. They claim that even though it's only 1.6mm smaller than the 4on4 pattern they sell, the smaller 4x100 would break through to the centerbore.

The wheels on that Miata look like first generation SSR wheels. Closest thing made today would be something like Douglas spun wheels.
