Doesnt look like a oem or anything like that. Does anybody now what kind a hardtop this is?

I already searched google a few hours but nothing

EDIT: this isnt my car this is from someone from a dutch forum.

Thanks, that was the second time a saw this hardtop. Already seen it for sale somewhere around here.
