Okay so I removed my hood release cable to "tuck it away" out of sight,
I put the cable back into place and reinstalled the cable clip, closed my hood and then checked to see if the release was working properly. Oh course now the ball at the end of the cable is not catching the latch to release my hood............ ![]() Can anybody tell me how to pop my hood without the cable or can give me an idea how to blindly place the cable in the right spot so it catches? ![]() Yes, in a bit of rage trying to remove the clip a second time I broke plastic that holds the cable in place, this has nothing to do why it wont catch anymore....... Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!!! |
