Maybe your subframe is bent? If not, its easy to just hammer it out just a little put the control arm in, and squeeze it back into the bushing with the nut and bolt on each side.

yeah thats wht i did the first day i grinded the bushing a little but i didn't know it that was what was suppose to be done, i guess this is the route im going to have to go. i wish they would of put it in the discription that they dont fit right out of the box would of saved me so much time.

thanks for the input.

I posted a thread not to long ago about the same issue, searching will help in the future before buying. Wish someone would have talked about the issues before I bought them....

If a car with as much factory adjustent as a miata is actually ready and/or needs a set of adjustable rucas IN ADDITION to the factory cam bolts, the owner should expect a not-so-plug-n-play experience with certain things.
It comes with the territory.

Umm no, We are not buying universal parts. I purchased a set specific to my make and model so it should have been plug and play. I could understand if a few of us have issues since are cars are getting old and maybe have seen more abuse than others but for everyone to have the exact same issue something needs to be corrected during the manufacturing process of the arms....
