Bushings are going to affect your ride quality much more than sways, and aren't going to decrease roll.
Two kinda different things. |

Swaybars take like 45 minutes tops. You don't even have to remove them to install a bushing kit, unless if you're changing sway bar bushings...which should be new with your sway bars.

Depending on your suspension set up you should be able to get away with just a front sway bar. I'd recommend the RB hollow front bar if you got that route.

Swaybars first but as Flyin said just get a RB big sway bar for the front and leave the stock rear bar...
Then when you get more power you will feel like removing even the stock small bar... |

this is my route, rb sway front and back and 949racing endlinks w/ rb front brace kit. comes out to $538.79 just a little pass 500 bucks. the FM sways are cheaper. but brian goodwin and 949 is local to me. so they ship faster.

Like everyone's said... you're money is better spent elsewhere than on a rear bar.

This! Miatas are prone to oversteer, so by removing the rear sway and adding a bigger front it more or less gives the car more neutrality and a touch more understeer. You'll be pleasently surprised how much better the car will feel without a rear bar.
