Default Weird issue with tracking. Any help?

My '97 M has developed a strange problem.
Since I bought it (3 weeks ago) it has always pulled slightly to the right.
But tonight, things got weird.

Under acceleration, it now pulls hard to the right, but when I lift off the throttle, it snaps hard to the left, and will continue to pull to the left as long as the car is under deceleration.
Has anyone had this happen?
Any ideas?

Thanks!

Tire pressure, alignment, broken part.

I was thinking broken part/something horribly worn.

Best bet is to have look at it yourself or take it to a shop.

98% that it's uneven tire pressure in the rear. That's a tell-tale charistic of the torsen LSD when tires o nthe rear are uneven. You also want to make sure you are runnign the same type tire on the rear as well as tires with even amounts of tread.

Turns out it was uneven pressure.
I walked out to my car this morning, and the right rear had gone completely flat.
I guess I must have picked up a nail last night.

Thanks guys!
