For the last year, i've been riding around on revalve bilstein (700/400 f/r) with 500/350 lbs springs, ebay sleeves and oem NB top hats. i thought the ride was alright.
i was lowered f 11.5" r 12.0" with plenty of adjustability left on the ebay sleeves but with a shitty ride. it rode better then stock but it bottomed out a lot. First of all, goes to show how good Bilsteins are, they havent blown, no leaks or anything. Rode great but never got the true feel till i installed the new top hats...
ISC top hats f 1.5" r 2.0" same ride height as before and i also purchased ISC sleeves. The sleeves allow me to lower about another 2-3 inches from what im already at (for those concerned of slammage). the locking mechanism on the sleeves could be better, it just has a small allen key that locks it. i would prefer something like Tein where it has 2 perches to lock. Simple fix just buy 4 more perch's but it should be included to begin with.
when i installed the tops hats it was like day and night. i could feel every single lil thing on the road. My car does not bottom out at all (except for a huge dip i went over which i did not see). It feels and rides like a whole new car. I honestly gotta say i recommend this product for anyone looking to lower (im gonna slam as soon as i get my wheels) and ride great
this is the sleeves installed... see how much more adjustability i have  in this picture im already at a ride height of 11.5" from fender to hub
because the top hat is a lil wider then the whole for insertion on a NB, i had to modify it a lil bit see, no biggie
