Yep, another installed Christmas present (watch this space for hood and trunk lift reviews next!) that I put on yesterday.

The piece is well packaged, and I only really found a couple flaws with it.
1: it doesn't come with ricer stickers to put on it. ;)
2: They don't include enough washers in the kit.
3: You're required to use washers instead of a spacer to level the front of the piece.
4: Their instructions require relocating the airbag sensor, which is fine... except that they reccomend placing the airbag sensor under the leading edge of the airbox.

I like how the installed piece looks, and it's worth having, but I think that it needed
-a spacer instead of washers underthe cowl. 4 loose pieces balanced on a bolthole is doable, but annoying, and I know I'll lose some the first time it comes off. :)

-3 more washers for between the boltheads and the nice shiny cowl so you don't scratch it.

-if the washers stay, there needs to be two more underneath to space the plate more evenly. Right now mine gets distortions in the reflection from the bolts tugging it down. I had enough washers to cover the top, but not to add more to the bottom. :) It's too shiny to have it distort, i'd never notice it on a painted piece though.

All in all, not bad. Very light. I like it.

Here we go.

Note the distortion in the cowl reflection. I think this'd be cured by 1 more washer under each of the front 2 bolts (but spacers instead of loose washers would be better).

It also didn't come with washers to place ABOVE the stainless under the boltheads to prevent marring.

Camphone pic, but it gets the point across. :)

Let me figure out what's up and edit.

Gah! screw it. it's in my Gallery. Note the distortion around the bolts.
