Could not agree more, I LOVE the AK widebody but theres too much extra body for 15s, and I don't want to run bigger wheels such as 17s even if they look at home with the kit. Therefore no kit for me </3

This is where Rota gets dropped in the conversation. A x10 et0 is good for only a small handful of people who run flares or the couple of assholes that'll try to mount a 195/45 and throw it on a stock bodied NA.

Half listening to the market only gets you so far...

the x10 is going to be for looks for most people anyways. The only functional thing about 15x10. Nothing really functional in that size for the street unless you go 16'' or bigger

15x10 +25, with 225/45/15 tires isnt optimal, but (it my mind) it marries looks and performance quite well. I just cant bring myself to buy 6ULs.

Do you really need all the stretch though? They are slightly stretched even on a x9. You could just do a 15x9 et10-15 for basically the same fitment

(i agree the x10 LOOKS good, but like I said. its for looks. lol)

edit: I still think rota would probably do at least one positive offset for the x10 though

Yeah, I'd love a full widebody if it didn't hang all low. That kit is completely unstreetable as is. The lip might be as low as a gv lip, but those are wear items on our car. It even looks too big on most of the track cars I have seen wearing it.

Replacing, refitting, and repainting/paint matching a whole front bumper is a whole nother deal. It would be amazing if they made the kit as low as the stock bumper, but was made to accept a front lip from a larger car, such as an RSX, RX-7, or STI front lip. (just come cool ones off the top of my head) That way we can readily swap the wear parts out and not have a car that looks all busted up.

I know I can fit the blister fenders with stock fitting bumpers, but its not the same as a wide body. I want a wide front bumper, I don't like the wheels bulging out the front lower corners like the OEM bumper does.

^couldn't agree more. buy kit, and make an abs plastic replica so it doesnt shatter.

And the whole bottom of our bumpers being skinnier than the rest, is why i havnt bought a new oem bumper or that new NB ebay one that anyone has yet to try. Bomex is the only one that flares out at the bottom without having to go widebody, but the messed up fender arch line will probably catch on my wheels at full lock

Does anyone know where I can get a set of RKR's in 17inch, in 5x114.3 for my NC. I could only find some RKR-F (I'm guessing for FWD, no lip) on eBay in 4x114.3.

I've gone on Wheeldude (as far as I know, one of the largest Rota dealers), but they don't even show RKR being offered...they only have RB

Thanks in advance for any light anyone can shed on this!

That ridiculous center cap throws it off. Without that ghastly protrusion the wheel would look a lot deeper than it does in that photo.

As in a real negative offset center, or just making the center thicker (same as a spacer) so that the lip is the same size, but the offset is more negative?

Would be nice if these cheap wheel companies made real negative offsets instead of just thicker centers
