Default Minimum 13" to clear 1.8 brakes?

I was pondering 13's. Maybe something from Diamond.

What is the minimum width and offset needed to clear 1.8 brakes?

It all depends on the inner barrel design. I heard a lot of 13's don't fit but I have 13x10 0 offset that fit fine. Ask someone who runs Diamonds. Check out the "Show us your 13" wheels" thread for more info. Here Pic Request: NA's on 13" wheels
