I hadn't looked at Hot Wheels in probably 5 years until last week. I was at Wal-Mart looking for a cool toy for my 9yr old nephew, and got side-tracked for 30 minutes checking out all the new Hot Wheels. haha

I must buy that. I used to collect every new car that came out each year, but lost interest in that. Now I just buy cars I think are cool, and that Datsun is definitely on the cool list.

i used to buy hot wheels all the time. I would only buy ones that were/based off real cars. Which a few years a go was hard to do.

They had a few years with the bloating cartoon looking cars, and a too many fantasy cars. But they are going away from that as alot of the collectors stopped buying cars because they were not REAL enough. They are getting back to the real cars and adding better looking wheels which has always been what they needed.

I like the fact that they are printing the cars with the actual car that is inside now. It will make for some more "Collectible" variations! that Ferrari is sweet too!!
