Default SCCA autox class for me ?

so, as my signature says. that is what im basically running. so my question is where would i fit into when i hit up the scca autox events in my area. (reno, nv)

SM2 ? looks like the most representable class for my modifications and stuff.

sm and sm2 are different. youll be up agenst the vette bimmer and miata in SM2. SM guys can come play in SM2 if they want, but not the other way around.

Unless he's got some mods that he thinks are inconsequential but aren't. TSI's, cut bumper supports for an intercooler, and a stripped interior would throw the car into a prepared class with full out race cars.

Stripped interior would probably put you in X-Prep. Don't think you can add FI in the regular Prep class, but I'll have to look at the rules to know for sure.

Nope, you can't add a turbo that's not factory in any Prep class other than X-Prep.
