Does anyone know how I can figure out what number My 91 British racing green is? I have looked over at M.net and didnt recieve much help from them over there.

i believe that the BRG's aren't a "numbered sequence" special edition. they started that with the 93 LE's.

Actually they just so happen to be, I have a factory brochure for the 91 Brg and all Brgs cam with a ash tray with a # plate of your car and your name. It isnt seen very much due to many owners keeping the ash tray, and not many Original owners are left. My car is a 1 owner car but I bought it off of a used car lot. I didnt have the advantage of getting to talk to the owner. I have the carfax on the car as well as the previous owners address. But I didnt want to come off stalker like trying to get that info about the car.

I used to think that the last 4 numbers were the number in sequence... but that would make mine 4950 which isn't correct since there were less than 4000 made. Best bet is to contact the guys at the registries or call the dealer and run the VIN. I'd register mine but it's not exactly a pure LE any more.

Just call MAZDA, the (800) USA phone number and ask for help id'ing your BRG. Took about 15mins on the phone after I gave them the VIN#, and they told me.

I emailed Mazda and got my #...
