Ok so it looks like I maybe trading my 10AE for an 01SE and I have been searching and searching for some cool 01 SE pix or even some modified versions but have had zero luck.
I know someone has to have a pic of some dope 01 SE
slidder, i do have a question for you. what ride height were you at when you had this set up? i remember seeing this car at kinod once but i didnt know you took it to the track. Reason i ask is simple ... the car looks better then most slammed cars that arent functional but this one looks dope and seems functional
I don't know man, the NB1s are known for making more power with boltons then an NB2 with boltons. Put a nice aftermarket header in an NB1 and you will blow an NB2's pants off. It seems like modding is easier with the less complex engines and without that funky variable tumble control intake manifold. I am usually inclined towards N/A power, so it probably doesn't apply to boost purposes.
only picture i have right now without the hardtop..And its from my iphone. The car is amazing. I have bc coils on it now and plan to lower the rear more. Right now i am at 11.5 front and 12.5 rear. Matt bronze 6uls in the works right now.
And i just sold the m45 jackson supercharger off it. I plan to either turbo it this next winter or ls1 next year or so. But i efing love my 2001 se miata. I have the 2002 se lip on min paint matched. And have slim 4300 hids in the projectors. Couple other small mods. but over all so nice. im very happy with my purchase of this car.
This isn't a thread for discussion, post pix or leave your comments to yourself. I know very well the pro's cons to both as my dad bought the 01, and I am set with the decision.
Might as well bump this w/some updated un-sick pix of my own.
More to come in the next few months hopefully
