Every time I see the SEMA NC2 I cream my pants... I love how they relocated the fogs and made the smiley face not as noticeable. Anyways, back to MSM's. So I definitely win over s2000's in the snow. My buddy over the weekend got stuck 3 separate times! I even towed him out of a ditch. lol +1

Me too. I would love to do that to the front bumper on mine. I especially like how he debadged the front end. That would take some doing because the emblem is contoured into the bumper, not just glued on like it used to be.

I prefer the NC w/ the deleted fogs and full cage over that NC.
I saw the NC you posted a couple weeks ago in person. Pretty sweet... just not my favorite of the two. |

Anyone know if that is an off-the-shelf Enkei on the SEMA NC? Or is it a one-of set for that car. I think it has the sickest rolling stock of any Miata I've seen.

I don't see a problem with running one. I actually want to. It gets tiresome sitting in the car for a minute or 2 after driving it to let it cool before turning the car off.

Turbo timers are unesseccary for the most part. Unless you have a dedicated track car and are going from long sessions of full throttle driving to turning the car off in the pits. They used to be more useful. They are primarily used to prevent pooling oil from burning and hardening inside your turbo when the pump isn't pressurized. Modern synthetic oils don't burn though. They cool down with the turbo and don't break down like dino oil will. So turbo timers aren't really useful anymore.

Because Jared's (leatherface24) MSM is probably one of the fastest MSM's on stock internals, heres a 1/4 mile run on the dyno. He made 290rwhp on the mustang dyno. I dont understand how this motor hasnt blown yet.

I'm looking to get another valve cover for my MSM to have it painted.
I know the ones that have the valve timing thing will not interchange. Can I just use a valve cover from any NA? |

I too am catless and I found the only way to beat the fuel cut is instead of putting your foot in the pedal and letting boost catch up.......just ease your foot get heavier as your rpms raise

Remote starts are actually illegal here in IL for manual cars.
Supposedly one to many runaway cars have been in accidents because people leave them in gear when they park. Then they go to remote start the car and it lurches foreword down a hill.
