SoCal: The September Livin' Roadster Life day eat and drive!

Bill originated this idea, that got pretty much no responses in interest. I am reviving it because well, it'd be bad ass to have a day long drive in the twisties, stop, hard park

and eat, then drive some more. Here's the original post:

Now, I'm seriously down for this. Dicker, I believe, showed some interest, as with my cousin with the FC. So guys, let's not let the Japanese live the good Roadster life all the time! Let's live it ourselves too!

This would pretty much be a morning to evening event. So, I'd assume we can pack meals, or even schedule in some random small local resturant to get the full socal culture in. Let's do it guys!

I love Ojai, my Grandpa used to live up there near Creek Road. I'll definetly go if I have a car by then

and for a trip like this, we should all exchange phone numbers before-hand in case someone gets lost along the way

o and i have a Bone Stock 90 miata that is totally extra. you can drive that Bill, if you want.

Hmmm...this sounds like a meet I can't miss. Looks like I'd better get to working on my DIY paint job (for those of you also on RD.com who have read that thread)!

In addition, my g/f is out of town for 2 months, so I'm pretty much a free man 'til Oct...let's do it!

I am interested in attending depending - a nice drive on a nice day some food some fun - just have to know which day...I would have to guess its likely a saturday or sunday. I am committed elsewhere from the start of september til mid month september. I like the style of this proposed meet it - driving instead of parking suits me ok and if we could get an early start that would great spend most of the day doing it.

I was thinking around Sept 9-10 but then again is the drift event on that weekend.
So the weekend after that would be ideal I think 16-17 or the one after that...which one you would like guys?
I guess we can also go after the drift day but that would be probably too tiring...
