From what I can tell that is the rare Borgh rear bumper from YSCC. Also note flared front and rear fenders, GV side skirts, side winkers, and not polished fuel filler cap. Dash looks to be RHD but I can't really tell for sure. Also unclear is whether that's a Roadster or Miata badge on the rear finish panel.

I though they were GV but I may be wrong. GV have a vent in the lower portion just ahead of the rear tire. These do not appear to have that. Maybe they're an older style or from some other maker. I know I've seen these skirts on lots of Roadsters in Japan.
