Chicago Roll Call!!

i am new to this board and perdy new to the roadster scene. wondering if their are any guys in the chicagoland area. if would be cool to get a meet/hangout. i know some honda guys usually have meets at the hooter in oakbrook. i assume the age group in this board is lower than the m.net. i am 22years old

Civic soon to be for sale, then Miata.

Me n some clubcivic friends host a few meets a year. Next one is a simple cruise to the autoshow in Feb.

Hopefully I'll find a miata soon and meet up sometime.

Yeah well my gf bent the stock rim on her yaris last month from a deadly hole, I try to drive my car as least as possible.

From driving a very low civic for 7 yrs I have a good eye for holes in the road. But good news is a buddy of mine is buying my car so I'll have 6k to find the perfect Miata for me

Mine's up on blocks for the winter, and I don't plan on taking her back out till it all the snow melts -- which, I guess by looking outside, will probably be sometime in August...

Someone just tried to steal my civic, luckily I don't drive it much and my battery was dead. They ripped up my ignition and cut my alarm horn.

I'm sellin it to a friend soon, I'll be so happy when it's gone. Are miatas much of a target for theft here in Chicago or is it all the same?

for so, give it a week, it wil warm up. I odnt live there but go down to carol stream and into chicago oncein awhile, where are all te hang outs and good cruising spots.?

A general miata gathering is probably simpler than picking regular hang outs and such.

I'm slowly working on mine. Riveted the headlight blockoffs on yesterday.
