Just wondering if any of the SA guys want to check out Coffee and Rides. It's the last Saturday of each month from 8 to 11AM. I haven't been, but I've been meaning to check it out. If yall are down (and can wake up early enough), let me know.

Anyone ever raise their engine? I've been looking @ the DIY thread but would feel a little better being able to just get help from someone that has already done it locally if possible

+1 for me as well. I actually have the GarageStar plate in my garage, but I have no way to raise the engine (nor have I ever done it before)... Anyone willing to help a brotha' out will be appreciated...

Anyone know of a trustworthy Megasquirt tuner in TX? The tune is pretty much the only thing that I have to sort out before beginning all of my turbo install junk.

i.e. if I can't find a good MS tuner, I won't be starting my project.

I think there is a guy on Dfwmiata.com that is known for his tuning. I can't remember the screen name, but just throw up a quick thread over there and Im sure he'll chime in.

Just passed someone on Exchange in Allen. Looked to either be a custom colored blue NB, or it was just a 10AE. Couldn't tell because the light turned green quick. Anyone on here?

I have a friend that lives in Allen with a 10ae with the Bomex kit, H/T, lowered on some mesh 17's, maybe him?

A few things...

1. Heading to San Marcos on the 14th to watch some rally racing. Details can be found here - www.texasrallysport.com Taking Flipper hinges on whether or not our 10 year old wants to go and/or if someone else from SAT is going and has an open seat for him. Racing starts around 10AM and plan on leaving the house around 9AM if anyone wants to caravan up there. If we end up taking Flipper we'll probably head west and do a quick drive through the hill country.

2. SAT Cars and Coffee is the last Saturday of April and thought we could plan a drive afterwards to Medina Lake if anyone is up for it.

3. SASCA autocross is the next day and I plan on heading to Retama Park as a spectator if anyone else wants to meet up out there.

3. Sounds interesting, might be a "game day" decision for me.

That sucks... Yeah, hit me up when you're free on CnC Saturday. I routed out a pretty good loop up to and around the Medina Lake area.

Also, there is the Biff's car show every Friday evening/night. We should start planning on at least a monthly gathering of local Miatae there as well.

Thanks Stoly, very much appreciated. Yeah sucks that there is basically nobody that lives out here where I'm at. At least none that I know of haha. Wish I were in S.A with the rest of you guys.

Edit: And if your not in the city's that I listed, I have no problem with the cat/test pipe being shipped to me if your up for it. Thanks again.
