Doesn't seem like this section of the board has a whole lot of traffic, but I value fellow roadster owners opinions and wanted to get some insight on a move I'm thinking about making.
So I've lived in FL pretty much more entire life, from elementary school til now college grad at 25 years old. Graduated with a Marketing major from UCF and have been considering a move to Denver or near by.
I had never been out of the southeast til this year when I went skiing in Park City and then a late winter trip to Copper Mt. I found that I absolutely love the mountains, snow, and the cold. So I'm thinking I'm ready to say good bye hot ass FL, I will miss your beaches.
One of my problems is I have a lot of stuff to bring and I'm not sure of the laws there. For the past year I have been doing mechanic, performance modifications and fabrication from my home and was looking to start an LLC making a legit business, this also includes buying and selling cars. Is there a large demand for business like this in Colorado? I keep my overhead super low, so I base my competitive advantage on be extremely detailed oriented while still offering a competitive or lower price.
I could always just look for a sales job, to get me by while I built rapport and demand for my services offered. What type of laws do you modified car owners have to deal with. I have built everything from stunt bikes, mini trucks, lifted trucks, drift cars, to street tuners.
I really enjoy driving too, so hopefully there are some hpde tracks available.
Here are some visual aids, I'm hoping that my f250 can come, but I think I will be selling the miatas before the move.
