Orlando Roadsters Meet - Monday, July 20
Monday, July 20Start gathering anytime after 6:30pm. If you have not been out to one our meets it is quite informal, a simple get-together. Mostly roadster enthusiast from in and around the Orlando area and sometimes a few die-hards that trek in from Cocoa, Ocala, Ormond and even Melbourne. Start gathering anytime after 6:30pm the we typically hang out in the parking lot behind the Winghouse till 7 or 7:15pm then head inside for food (depends on how hungry we are). No fees, no rules, just an open mind, a positive attitude and a passion for cars, if you have a roadster come on out and join us. Orlando Roadsters

Well boys and girls, I'll be at the next meet, but not in the miata.
I found a new toy, at a price I could not refuse. And the miata will find a new home. I will still be active with the roadster gang, after all I still have the other (german) roadster. And I am certain you'll see me in a miata again in the future. Here is the new toy: ![]() Few more photos: 1999 BMW M Coupe Photos A few of the highlights: Widebody front end 18 X 10 CCW's with 295 street tires or 285 front and 315 rear r comps. On there now are '01 E46 M3 18' wheels with street tires Active Auto Super Charger apx 285 whp Ground Control double adj shocks Adj sway bars front and rear Quaife Torque Biasing LSD Recaro seats Harness Bar & Harness |

Ha! Nothing special, but I am employed thankfully. I too have always liked the M Coupe and swore I would have one someday... today is the day and it was offered to me at a price I truly could not pass up. Will, I already have a buyer for the miata lined up, if that falls through I'll let you know.

That's like trading a pair of the hottest nikes in the world for a clown shoe.
<-- my avatar is the face you should be making the second you sell that miata. |

Awww! You're right though, I will likely make that face when the miata rolls away. I have been quietly working/considering this car for about a month now. The M Coupe is one of my dream cars, the opportunity was in front of me so I grabbed it. I can get back into a miata any time, and I am sure I will.

Will no burnout in the parking-lot as we like that place. The last nut job that did that was told not to come back.

I found a bunch of zipties in my drive way the other day... Am I being sabotaged?

Drove the Miata at OSW last night, only minor repairs needed. I wish I would have saved the $60 to get a legit set of tires to daily drive on.

only minor repairs needed to make it to OSW or repairs needed following your night out there? Have you tried drifting it since you put the irtb on?

Lou, was that you I spotted Monday evening, pulling on to Dean Rd? I was in the new ride. This morning I was trailing a few car lengths back from a couple in a red NA, gold wheels, paint was in bad shape but the rear finish panel looked new Ha!

sorry Lou, didn't notice the wheels specifically, my brain processed quite a bit in that 3-4 seconds but nothing specific, more like "Ooo, miata, cool miata, familiar miata? driver also looking this way, Was that Lou?" LOL.
Still think you'll make it out for Mondays meet? |
