Default Orlando/Clermont area JRSC help needed.

I recently bolted up a Jackson Racing Supercharger to a 90 Miata that I'm using for GRM$2009 and it's not running 100%. Sounds like it might be misfiring a bit, not sure. I was wondering if anyone local with JRSC experience wouldn't mind stopping by and doubling checking my vacuum line routing? I running the MSD/Sebring boost-timing controller and the JR-AFPR. Here are some pics in the meantime:

Are you 100% on your AFPR? I remember reading around on some turbo forums it's very easy to mess up the FPR hosing so you can mess up and get a massive vaccum leak on top of running lean. I'd start there.

I'm fairly certain it's hooked up correctly. I've got the offset line going to the fuel rail and the center line going to the tank return. The vacuum line is connected to the nipple on the firewall end of the intake manifold(blue line).

I doubt the FPR would cause a misfire...best bet is to back track. Don't rev the car but it should idle stock with the blower hooked up only when they're a good load on it will all the other stuff need to kick in.

My guess is on the timing control as I'm sure it's hooked threw the CAS which controls spark. Either wired wrong or the unit is bad. Try disconnecting it returning it back to stock and see if that clears it up. If so check wiring; if that was right then consider it a bad unit and just find a BIPES. In the mean time you could just retard the timing.

I eliminated the orange line and capped off both of these nipples per the recommendations of tech support at Moss Motors. The car is on jackstands, so hopefully I'll have a chance to test it out on the road this weekend.

Just in case you were wondering, I put some fresh 93 in the car to offset the ancient(Nov?) 87 that was in the tank and the car ran pretty well. I have to back off the throttle cable a bit as it's under tension and causing the car to idle at >3k. I'd like to throw a fuel pressure gauge on the car to verify that the AFPR is set correctly. The Spec Miata suspension actually felt decent on the street. I was expecting a jarring ride, but it wasn't nearly as rough as the Tein SuperStreet coilovers I had on my other NA.

Saying you had old gas would've helped a lot... That was the problem with my car. The PO couldn't get it to run right..... So I just filled it up with fresh gas.

Give it an italian tuneup!
