It's official. Bryan just won my coveted "Hero of the Day Award". Thanks for playing everybody but competition for 8/24/11 is closed.

Also I did you proud, I ran tonight for the first time in god knows how many years...I feel awful but I did it. Probably about 1/2 mile around the neighborhood, was still 105 degrees with a light sprinkle to cool me off. Did my usual weight training beforehand and I'm pretty tired.
