I got to the post office 2 mins to late. I was so mad. I didn't even get a chance to win. Hopefully no one wins it so it'll be over 400 million

Pretty much... I work for the Delaware State Lottery. Lighning has a better chance to strike your car and exploding a spark plug than you wining the lottery. With that said you have a better chance when you buy a ticket than the ZERO percent chance you have when you dont.

Some people are lucky.
