Trader Joe's is alright. Don't believe the hype though. It's mainly for hipsters.

I consume less than a thousand calories a day and drink about a fifth of Jack a day. The key is perseverance. Around year two or three of this lifestyle, you're going to hit the wall. Gotta power through that shit and go full pickling. 15 years later and you too can operate heavy machinery under any circumstance. There isn't a plane I fly on that I'm not convinced I am the guy that could land it. I'm a hero.

So that's 1600 calories in booze, and 1000 in food? That's still too much. Maybe you should just remove the food altogether.

my gramps would catch squirrel in the backyard, kill it, and then have the home aid cook it but my father never told me how. So i need to know how was it prepped and cooked? My guest would be stewed.

Also what did you think bout it? Was it gamy like deer and duck?

Lunch was canned mackerel with green peppercorns over white rice.

Not terrible. Poor foods.
