Default LS1 At the dragstrip (Video)

My best run was an 11.9@ 116, but this vid was a 12.0@ 116. Stock LS1, 333rwhp. Stock miata 15x6 rims, with BFG 205/50/15 drag radials at 14psi. My best 60' of the night was a 1.733

A 1.7 60' on 205/50's?!? That is awesome! Can't wait to get mine running.

I told you it is do able matt! I went 1.80 on a 205 street tire with only 225hp. These cars hook really well with some decent suspension under them. Especially if you'll set your rear static camber to 0 degrees so you can leave a good footprint.

Yeah, i'm happy to see it isn't just you. I was worried that it was going to be hard to get anything under a 2.0 sixty foot. Glad to see i was wrong.
