How does the MOTOSTAR Pre-Order process work?

You place your order via a PM or email to therimguy@gmail.com, please specify size, color, bolt pattern, offset, if you need lug nuts, as well as your email address attached to your Paypal account. (If this is your first set of aftermarket wheels you need new lug nuts, OE will not work).

MOTOSTAR sends you a Paypal bill for the full amount of the order. Upon submitting your payment in full you will be added to the XXR Master Drop Ship List, when the wheels become available to fill your order they will drop ship directly to the address attached to your Paypal account via UPS. The lug nuts will be available at Motostar's Merrimack, NH warehouse for pickup.

They have not released the weights yet but I am guessing they will be about the same as the 522's. That would out the 15x8.25 right around 17.5 pounds and the 16x8.25 right around 19.5 pounds.

Staggered doesn't make a difference. Price stays the same. We wanted to keep it as simple as possible pricing wise.

how long is this good for? and can you please tell me the weight of the 17x9.75? i was told a number from nl motoring (which i now dont remember) but it seemed too light.

The prices should be good for awhile. I don't see any price increase anywhere in the near future. Weight wise XXR still has not given me a official weight yet but they should be about the same as the 522's which weigh in at 22.5 pounds.

hm okay, do you have any in stock that you could weigh? the 522's only come in 17x9. so i imagine these are going to be even heavier.

17x10 rpf1's only weigh 17lbs. So that would have to mean these only weigh 5lbs more. (sucha math wiz)... but thats actually not toooo bad when were talking about xxr's

Not yet. I have been looking every now and then. But the wheel has been in such short supply there are very few pictures of them actually on cars.

I know a 16x8 +0 isn't that hard to fit, but then you kinda have to run stretched tire (205 or so). I'm trying to get a little more rubber under this thing, so the 17" +25 may be the way to go, but i also don't want to do an insane roll/pull, and don't want a stretch. ARG!!!

Maybe run a smaller wheel (16 inch) to keep the weight down with a really good sticky tire. Like a Bridgestone RE011 or Falken Rt-615k.

205's are barely stretched. Not even really noticeable.

I wanted these wheels, but didnt want to wait so got 513's about 6 months ago. Maybe for my next set.
