Wooo! Nb love!
So far I removed the plastic panel that holds the relays. Seems like it doesn't do much. Used zip ties to hold the three relays together and tuck them in near the head light. (I think this may block some air flow )

next will be to make a DIY cold side intake. Removes the bulk of the OEM box. And Remove cruise control. That should clean up that side nicely. Though... The wires (near the drivers fender) are held by clips and seems to have no slack.

On the right side, coolant reservoir, canister, fuel thing-ies, fuse box, and windshield fluid reservoir. And that's about it!

Tools used 10MM needles noise pliers wire cutter and re used parts from parts removed

What i did is how i did it not sure if i did it right im a newb at this but hear it goes

All of these things do not cause a CEL so you can pass emissions if your state does not require a sniffer test

Start with this

Remove those 2 hoses

Pull on this thing

Remove that hose twist it and pull, mine was hard to get of but i got it off with some pulls

This is what i am not sure about cut that hose and cut some hose off from the last thing removed

Put that hose in the other hose and clamp them down with the stock clamps and put it on the hose that was hard to remove

Remove the 2 10mm

This is what you are left with

This is what you are left with

FOR MSM owners without a MBC

Remove the bolt and wrap it around the other harness's on the left with the sensor on

Nice! I've done some tucking on my NB as of late and will post up some pics tomorrow. So far I have removed the charcoal canister, power steering delete, moved the injector harness between the upper and lower half of the intake plenum, a coolant reroute and tucked the CAS sensor wiring behind the rear timing belt cover. Looks really clean so far but, it's just the begining!

:
Figuring out where/how to re-mount these three relays that were originally mounted on a bracket between the OEM front strut brace and chassis (after the AEM CAI install and front strut brace update) was a bit of a challenge - to do it neatly at least.

I had a short length of thin, 25mm wide, aluminium from another job that I figured I could bend somehow into a bracket. I didn't have enough for a trial-and-error approach so grabbed my near-empty box of Vita-Brits and cut it into several 25mm wide strips to try several different brackets and mount points. The best solution was to mount the relays parallell to the DIAGNOSIS box (grey box behind bracket in 1st photo below) on the port side and use angled bends to allow the bracket to mount to existing 10mm bolts - worked out quite well IMHO, i clears the DIAGNOSIS box by a couple off mm and is quite solid.

Next step for me was to remove the A/C pish posh and P/s pish posh. This part was a pain in the ass, For the power steering it involved removing the front bumper to get to the "power steering cooler" witch in my eyes was the most stupid thing ever. you unhook the belts and start removing anything that is connected to the P/s reservoir. Next part was a little harder to remove the A/C shit i ended up taking out the radiator so i could remove the condenser in 2 min instead of trying to get at it and taking alot longer

make sure a shop removes your a/c would want to kill the earth, even if you think you have a leak take it to a shop i did and boy was i in for a surprise when i unbolted a line remove alll of the lines attached to the a/c crap and done

I think this is the only pic I have of mine, I'll take better pics later.

Passengers side:

Drivers side was tucked too, still need to do the middle harness on top of the manifold, and eventually the fusebox.

Excellent! Keep up the good work!

This is doubling as a weight savings thing for autox...for me at least. And it looks sick!

Already pulled the A/C on my car before reading. Be sure to pull the pin on one of the filler caps to release the pressure of the refrigerant. I simply unbolted the top of the radiator, pulled it out of its resting holes and leaned it back to get to the condenser. I was on a lift while doing the work so it was easy to see; but make sure you pull the mounting bracket for the actual A/C compressor. Its a black object held in by 4 bolts and weighs a solid 5 lbs.

Edit: will post better pics later

I went out to my car on Monday and just started pulling stuff apart and moving it around. I've retained all the factory emissions sensors since I don't want to do a true bay tuck......I really just wanted to clean everything up. No guides, no how tos, I just kinda figured it out! I'm willing to share any of my methods with people that want it!!

moved:
-all emissions sensors on the passenger aide of the bay
-fuel pressure regulator
-relays
-throttle cable

removed:
-AC
-washer bottle
-cruise control
-evap canister (kept and moved the sensor)
-brake booster hard line (replaced with 3/8" fuel line)
-passenger wiper and arm
-all the ugly brackets associated with all the crap

Only had to extend two wires to the evap canister sensor thing.

Nothing really to write about, you just remove shit, or relocate it.

thread title is Full-detailed tuck/delete write-ups for NB's!

I can go into the engine and just hulk rip everything out but I would take out important stuff. I would dare try this. Need a/c it's 84 and it's not even the summer yet. It's going to be in the 100 steady this summer, I already know. The winter time I was wearing shorts!!! with only a few cold weeks in between.

Anywho. It is supposed to be where Someone can come into this thread and follow directions. not just figure it out. But i did see the instructions you did post. I just would want to pull out something and have some fluid, gas line, spill all over the place. Thats my luck. Just saying

for example, I don'tr know what all the emmision things are that were removed. evap canister, no clue. evap can sensor thing... again no clue. I am not trying to argue just trying to make this a little more detailed for someone who would try this.
