DG Motorsports Hardtop
Front Plate Relocation Bracket
Moss Stubby Antenna
Clear Sidemarkers

Handling Mods:
Progress Lowering Springs
Delrin Door Bushings

Oh excellent. My friend just bought a ceramic nd as well. Right now I'm saving my pennies for one. I'm hopping to grab one with 2-3 years.

Thanks guys. Driving impressions so far: I've never driven an NC, so I can't really compare it to that, but it does feel a lot like my NB as far as stiffness and power steering feel. It has similar driving characteristics, except a good bit peppier and it goes around corners with ease. The interior is a major improvement with soft materials and comfortable and well bolstered seats. It definitely feels like a car worth it's price.

Compared to my Fiesta ST that I traded in for it, it has a much much better fit and finish, much more comfortable, quicker off the line, and even though it's not as fast in a straight line, it feels light when cornering as opposed to the Fiesta, which felt like a pig. It even has a smoother ride quality.

Did my first "mod"

Installed my Perrin shorty antenna off of the Fiesta. It's a bit faded and it doesn't match the base, but it fits and works so I'm happy.

I imagine that's the same feeling Adam has with Sharka some days.

How's the reception of that compared to stock?

Haven't really tested it out too much on this car. On the Fiesta it was noticeable the further you got away from the city, but living in the LA area it's not really an issue

Did a few more updates:

Switched out the shorty antenna for A stubby from Moss. Much better reception and matches the lines better.

Also got a Voodoo shift knob to match the bezel around the gate. At first I was worried because it's quite a bit lighter than the stock knob, but in hand it feels excellent and the throws are now shorter.

Plates came in this weekend, so I took the time to install a Cobalt front plate mount. It was a bit more involved than I was expecting, but with some patients it was on. Fairly easy and straightforward as long as you follow the directions.

Can't wait to get my ND. Still can't decide on a RF or regular model though.

Honestly, for the extra price and extra weight, and the fact I'm not crazy about the roof line killed the RF for me. I'm probably going to opt for a DG Racing fiberglass top once they finish up their "street" top.

Forza is always the best source for testing ideas. This is probably what I'm going to do wheel wise once I get to that point. Planning on TRMotorsports C4 in 17x9 and immediately getting them powder coated.

Are you going for gold or yellow?

I'm going for a slightly orange yellow and slightly de-saturated. I'd consider gold if I went with arctic white, but with the ceramic, yellow looks better.

Gotchya. It was hard to tell from the pic. I think you're right with this color and the Ceramic.

Did some more work to clean up the exterior. Bought some stealth bulbs for the headlights and non-colored sied markers.

Before:

After:

I am very pleased how well these blend with ceramic and liik like what it should have come with from factory

Still debating on what I'm doing next, trying hard to not spend too much too quickly since I'm still working on replenishing my bank account.
