I've honestly never used a stim. Is it using the same USB-serial adapter cable that you plug into the MS when it's in the car?

Curly, problem was 12v to 1B jumper broke.
Fixed the joint, controller was recognized.

Sweet!
But now no spark, going to check cas input/output connections.
To be honest, I don't remember the instructions telling me to do anything regarding the CAS.

Edit: Opto- jumper broke too. Everything works, just need to readjust the VE table for 550s because i'm using the 460 map.

this was first the first start up. need to set timing and other things. but fuck yes.

This is one of those weird things that I am only aware of because I read the FM Link install instructions once. Only 1993, and only in CA.

On the plus side the harness is already wired for you

Lol, what are the odds of getting a 93 CA.
Fix was very simple, just needed to run another wire from inj1 to 4y and inj2 to 4z.
(someone on miataturbo said 2y and 2z, that info is wrong)

Hopefully someone using the search function will find their answer in this thread one day.

So, just to catch up with everyone...
I sold the red car a while back and picked up a practical daily driver.

Here is the 2013 Mazda3 5 door skyactiv that I absolutely love.
Drove it out to MRLS the 2nd week I had it and got 58 mpg the whole way lol.

Decided that i hated the capri cover because of the shitty coil pack mounting solution so i chopped the oem cover with a hand saw and a smoothed it up with a flap disc and an orbital sander.
Looks alright!

Got some jdm fog lights.

Old plexi window broke so i made a new one and found a way to run the G-wing with it!

hot side is getting upgraded in about two weeks. lol...

and two weeks after that we'll get ready for paint.

Some other shit that happened...
Anthony ran into some motor issues so we drove out to Project-G to pick a fresher 1.8!
Nice little pic of Jon B, Joe, and Steve!

This beautiful car...

And the mess that followed.

Motor came out and went in almost flawlessly.
Met a couple really cool roadster dudes, Eddie and his brother Junior.
Things are looking pretty good for the Vegas roadster community.

i've been wanting a nardi wheel for a longgggggg time now.
finally ponied up for one. retired the old momo/nrg combo for a newer nrg set up thanks to Ken @garagestar.
really didn't like the look of the spokes on the deep corn 330 so here is the classico 330 perforated leather with red stitching.

and a little change of direction thanks to Ken!
this will be paired with a 4-1 china header and a 4.7:1 rear end (welded obviously)
notice the funny throttle linkage and pulley, it's going to take some work to get the throttle cable sorted out.

LOL, ordered gaskets per parts fische.
Maybe one of the numbers got fucked up this is definitely not 22215.
Clearly the one on the right isn't the one i need.

One month wait from Japan, fucking great.
I'll just re-use the itb to adapter gaskets, at least i have the trumpet gaskets.

Got the right shit on there now.
OBX fuel rail was de-burred so no more excess material is hanging out on the inside.
Just need to find a few fittings and should be up and running shortly after the new year.

Alright no one is following this shit but here we go...
Quick mock up.
Going to head over to Ace hardware and get some barb fittings for the fuel rail.
Still need to find vacuum fittings for the block and adapter plate, a toyota tps pigtail, and a functioning CAS.

Looking at everything i think the bay needs some contrast. Pull everything and paint it silver?
edit: on second thought, i don't think i have the patience for all that.

Project G came through on some really awesome products.
Plug cover and dip stick handle look amazing.
Hard to get a good picture but Garage Star pulleys are also on, thank god for impact guns.
Made the alt pulley an easy job!

just wanna cruise man.
i think not driving it after so long made me realize i just want a nice looking miata that i can have fun in.

all this turbo shit is giving me a headache.
moar power = blowing trannies, stickier/bigger tires, how the fuck am i going to run 225/50s and get full angle out of my knuckles without running flares (impossible), i think i want v-mount, need built motor, need t2 tranny, need t2 diff, hellaracecarsteez, it's a rabbit hole i don't want to go down anymore.

keeping the t3 turbo set up just in case i change my mind later... lol

mahhhhh nigggaaaa.
took 7 days from the UK. horreeee fuerkkkkkkkk dey da soo nyyyyyceee.
i thinking of flipside brackets for these only because they utilize the stock sliders
which would be fucking awesome to have.

robs are extremely nice but they'll be fixed and don't have as much gangster lean as i would like.

So you didn't trust the china fittings that came with your obx fuel rail?
Here's how you you do it!
Earl's swivel seal fittings and nylon braided lines.
Converting the hard fuel lines to -6an with tube adapters.
This is completely unnecessary but at least it'll be fail proof and fashion show city.

consists of
x2 -6an cut off to -6an male
x3 90* -6an female swivel seal
x1 -6an male t fitting
x8 -6an female swivel seal
x3 5/16 tube to -6an male
and 6ft of braided nylon hose.

thank you summit racing for fast shipping lol.
